Former David Rice Hospital Site: Presentation from the Developers

Planning Application for the Former David Rice Hospital Site

The Parish Council has been aware of the concerns raised by the planning application at the Former David Rice Hospital site. The Parish Council has contacted the developers of the site and we have been advised that a Zoom presentation will be hosted by Ethos Care on Wednesday 3rd March 2021 at 7pm.

The presentation will include the aspirations for the whole site and the intention for the rear portion to kept as Open Space for the public. The developers have read all the comments and concerns on Broadland District Council’s website. Although there will be no formal question and answer session after the presentation, an email address will be provided so follow up questions and concerns can be raised directly with the developer.
