GARDEN COMPETITION
It’s time for Drayton Parish Council’s Best Garden Competition 2024!
The Council is keen to recognise the efforts and dedication of residents taking pride in their gardens and can’t wait to see your submissions!
BEST GARDEN
Judging is based on the overall design, appearance and tidiness of your gardens; the health of the plants and the environmental impact such as water conservation and biodiversity.
BEST YOUNG GARDENER
This year, Drayton Parish Council is on the look out for Drayton’s Best Young Gardener under the age of 18. You can enter any type of garden project including container gardens, bug hotels, potted plants, flowers and vegetables or anything else that shows your love for nature.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter this years garden competition please submit the following information to the Parish Clerk at clerk@draytonparishcouncil.gov.uk
• 3 photographs of your garden
• Indicate which category you are entering
• Your name and address
• Preferred contact details
The closing date for entries will be Wednesday 31st July 2024. The winners of the competition will be announced at the September meeting of the Parish Council.
