You can report a faulty streetlight quickly and easily online using the form below.

To report a faulty streetlight, you will need the following information:

  • Location of the faulty streetlight

  • Unit number

  • Details of the fault

  • Your contact details

If there is no Drayton unit number, the streetlight is maintained by Norfolk County Council and should be reported here.

The unit number can be found on a Drayton Parish Council sticker attached to the column of the streetlight.

e.g. street lamp out, flashing lamp etc.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that Drayton Parish Council will process your details to resolve the streetlight fault. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

When will repairs be completed?

Faults reported online go directly to our streetlighting contractor, who will attend to reported faults within 7 working days.

Please note reports made to the Council office may take longer to be passed to the contractor for attention.

Non-routine faults are likely to take longer to resolve, depending on the repairs required and the availability of specialist staff or equipment.
